Tim Bullamore is an obituary writer, newspaper sub-editor and magazine editor based in Edinburgh. He has more than 33 years experience in journalism and his work has appeared in all the major British newspapers, including The Times, Daily Telegraph, The Independent and The Guardian.

He also gives entertaining lectures on the art of obituary writing, both for a general audience and for an academic one.
